Down feather processing

Raw material – rough sorting – dusting – washing – drying – cooling – fine sorting – packing
1.    Rough sorting: divided the raw material down feather to usable and unusable.

After washing detergent, rinse with water and then centrifugally dehydrated.
Plan more than 5 times detergent, rinse with water more than 10 times, more than 2 times dehydration.
4.    Drying: by the method of thermal dehydration of feather and down after the drying process, and disinfection (disinfect), sterilization (sterilization) deodorant (deodorization), and the moisture content is reduced to a safe value. Drying chamber temperature is about 120 degrees, stirring constantly pick means turning loose for 3 minutes.
