Plush toy stuffing and polyester fiber chosen

Plush toy also called soft toy, stuffed toy.
According the filling materials, there are polyester fibre plush toy and polystyrene beads plush toy.
 
For polyester fiber filling material, there are 7D, 6D, 15D, and class A, B, C.
Usually stuffing plush toy adopt 7D, class A.
6D is less use.
Low-grade soft toy are stuffed very full and hard, it adopt 15D/class B or C.
7D polyester fibre is very soft and has good elasticity, 15D fiber is thicker and hard.
 
According fiber length, there are 64mm and 32mm polyester fiber.
64mm fiber is used for hand filling.
32mm fiber is for machine filling.
Shorter fiber is good for blowing from stuffing nozzles.
 
Usually polyester fiber is carded by fiber opening machine in plush toy factory
The opening rate of fiber will effect on plush toy hand feeling and fiber filling material waste.
 
About 6’’ or 8’’ regular teddy bear, our plush toy stuffing machine can finish filling within 10 seconds.
Leg or arm can be filled in 1-2 second
Also smaller and bigger teddy bear can be stuffed well with different diameter stuffing nozzles.
