Equipment: Fiber transport blower-double slots stuffing machine
Function: opened fiber for soft toy stuffing
Operation:
1. Prepare:Clean the stuffing machine and pipe.
2. Connect the power and air source. Connect the foot pedal to the stuffer.
3. Start transport blower: Switch the button at the left of stuffer, put the fiber to the hopper,
the suitable quantity of fiber is 1/3 to 2/3 of stuffer.
4. Start stuffing machine: Choose Auto mode or Manual mode, then press Start, machine will be working.
The foot pedal will control the stirring at Manual mode.
Stirring always at Auto mode. For small goods, please choose Manual mode.
Fiber mess caused from long time stirring will be avoid;
For big goods, please choose Auto mode.
5. Stuffing: insert the stuffing nozzle to shell, press foot pedal, fiber will blow to production。
Please keep filling quantity by hand and moves toy skin outwards, so that get good hand feeling for the finished productions. And choose suitable stuffing nozzle as per product.
6. Stop machine: press Stop button of control panel, turn off the power and air source.

Choose mode: Auto mode or Manual mode
Start: press Start, machine start
Stop: press Stop, machine stop
The yellow switch is mainly used to adjust the feeding blower OFF and ON which is easy for the operator to operate.
The inverter of the top left is used to adjust the speed of the blower in order to have a suitable pressure for fiber feeding into the storage.
The speed of the blower can be adjusted by turning the small button on the inverter.
By the way, if raw material is uncarded polyester fiber, you also need a polyester fiber opening machine.
