For polyester fiber opening machine, we adopt interlock card clothing on opening rollers.
Interlock card clothing also called V card clothing.
After coated, each circle occlusion and interlock, prevent card clothing from loosening.
It is suitable for high and unstable force working, also good to clothing injury, broken and loose occasion.
The advantage as below:
1. High opening rate, ensure fiber opening rate with 98% up.
Also it can carding micro fiber well.
2. Less damage for fiber
3. Long usage life, 4 times usage life than normal roller.
Even there is small damage from coated card clothing, it will keep interlock and will not loose all, also can keep working.
It is different from normal roller ( see photo 1), card clothing based into roller surface.
