Cotton fiber bales are manually opened and then fed to bale breakers.
Itt is different to blending hopper, blending hopper is smaller and used for blending different fibers.
Main structure details and working process:
1. Creeper lattice (first conveyer belt)
It transfer the fed material to the next conveyer belt (feed lattice)
2. Feed lattice
It also called bottom lattice, because it initiates ffrom the bottom end of creeper lattice.
It shifts the fed material to the inclined nail belt ( also called inclined lattice)
It is moves at a comparatively faster speed.
3. Inclined lattice
It also called spikes lattice. Because it has metallic pins (spikes) around its surface.
Spikes take material from feed lattice and carry material to a high level.
4. Even roller
It is located at the top end of spikes lattice.
It is rotates in the opposite firection to the lattice and bigger tufts of fiber are bouced back to inclined lattice.
Spikes of even roller help the fed material opening and even the cotton or fiber at the inclined lattice surface.
5. Stripper roller
It is used to clean the cotton fiber which entangles in the spikes of inclined lattice and guild it to the outlet.
