Fiber opening and pillow filling machine with 2 nozzles operation

For fiber opening and pillow filling machine with 2 nozzles or single nozzzle, 
1. Only need 2-3 operators.
2. With simple operation

Operation as following:

1.  Start machine: Press the Start the fiber opening machine button

2. Fiber feeding: Put fiber on the conveyer belt of the fiber opener machine after machine idle running 10senconds.
The fiber feeding thickness need less than 8cm, so fiber opening effect will not be affected.
Turn the switch to Forward position.

3. Filling: press the green Start button of the blower.
Then cover the pillow cases to the filling pipe, press the foot pedal, the fiber will be filling to pillow case.
In fiber filling process, the distance between filling nozzles and PP fiber of the pillow case need 5cm up,
move the pillow case position properly at the same time, aiming the position to the pillow corner you want to fill.
Move pillow position and adjust the pillow shape, when filling long pillows, and slip the foot pedal once finish filling.

4. Stop machine: Press red Stop fiber opener button and the red Stop button of the filling blower, turn off the main power and air supply.
