According to the thickness of the bags to adjust the time of heating, adjust Time Relay to assure the time of heating and cooling for sealing.
Set the cooling time for 2-4seconds normally;
Test the bag to assure that the bag is sealed fully without air leakage and overheating.
Operation steps:
1. Put the pillow cushion into the plastic bag and put it on the compressing area of the machine tidily.
2. Press the “start” button on the control panel. The main cylinder goes down to the related compress position.
3. Make the seal of the bag tidily, press the two heating button on left and right sides of the machine in the same time by both hands,
the seal cylinder come into heat seal process.
4. Finish heat seal, the seal cylinder will go up automatically.
The main compress cylinder of pillow pressing machine goes up, the seal finish.
And work circularly.
Note: If any urgent problem happened that the pressing program needs to be reset,
please push down the red “emergency” button, and then the pressing plate will be return to the top automatically.
Please pull back the “emergency” button and then go to the next program.
